From refreshed identity
to enterprise system

01 · OVERVIEW

Infor partnered with external agencies to establish a renewed brand strategy, visual concept, and core identity elements. I joined as Global Art Director to lead the next phase: expanding that foundation into a cohesive design system and bringing it to life across the organization.

Leading the internal design team, I directed the development and rollout of the system across campaigns, digital, events, video, web, and marketing communications. We also created the assets, templates, and guidance teams needed to apply it consistently at scale.

The challenge was to turn the identity concept into an adaptable, everyday system—one capable of supporting Infor’s broad portfolio of products, industries, audiences, and content without losing cohesion.

02 · BUILDING THE SYSTEM

Expanding the visual language

I led the internal team in identifying where the core identity needed more range and flexibility. We expanded the visual language through additional layouts, imagery, graphic devices, data visualization, and application principles. Rather than creating one fixed look, we defined a range of expression—from simple and functional to more visually expressive—based on the communication need.

03 · ACTIVATING THE BRAND

One system across the enterprise

Once the broader system was established, I directed its rollout across Infor’s major brand and marketing touchpoints. Each application was designed to respond to its audience and format while maintaining a clear connection to the larger identity.

As the system moved into real work, we used these applications to identify where it needed clearer rules, more flexibility, or additional components before expanding it more broadly.

04 · ENABLING SCALE

Making the brand easier to use

Alongside the brand applications, my team developed an extensive library of reusable assets and templates to support teams across the organization. We also consolidated guidelines and resources into a centralized online destination, improving access, version control, and consistency across internal teams and external partners.

Instead of treating every request as a one-off, we focused on reusable tools that could support recurring needs while still allowing room for more custom work.

Over the course of the rollout, we created over 1,000 brand and marketing assets and templates.
